Delete Your Account

Effective date: September 3, 2026

You can delete your HER-STEMisphere account at any time. Deletion removes your ability to sign in and queues removal of associated personal data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Delete in the mobile app (recommended)

Open HER-STEMisphere and sign in
Go to Profile → More (or Settings)
Choose Delete account and confirm
You may be asked to re-enter your password for security

2. Delete on the website (if available)

If you use the member website, open Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm. If that option is not available in your region or build, use the email method below.

3. Request deletion by email

Email support@herstemisphere.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my HER-STEMisphere account.” We may verify ownership before completing the request.

4. Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting your HER-STEMisphere account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To stop billing:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → HER-STEMisphere → Cancel
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel

5. What happens after deletion

You lose access to the account immediately or shortly after confirmation
Profile, posts, messages, and related personal data are purged according to our deletion process
Some records (for example safety reports, fraud prevention, or billing metadata) may be retained as allowed by law
Verification ID images are removed under our Privacy Policy retention rules
